SUMMARY OF FACTS
The appellants engaged their solicitor based in Jos to represent them in court at ibadan, their solicitor engaged the service of another lawyer based in Ibadan but the applicants avoided her, held secrete meetings without her knowledge and never appeared in court. Hence the Solicitor withdrew her appearance.
HELD
The Court held that this appeal fails and it is dismissed with N300 costs in favour of the respondents against the appellants.
