The appellant, a candidate at the Anambra State Governorship Election brought an application to be joined as a party in the Court of Appeal while the later was sitting over appeal from the decision of the Governorship and Legislative Houses Election Tribunal of the state. His application was refused and he appealed to the Supreme Court.
HELD
The court struck out his appeal and held that the decisions of the Court of Appeal in respect of appeals arising from election petitions shall be final.
