The appellants were convicted by the Chief Magistrate, on a charge containing two counts. Their appeals to the High Court were dismissed. Not satisfied, they further appealed to the Supreme Court.
HELD
The appeal was allowed on the First count, the convictions and sentences were set aside and verdicts of not guilty were entered. The Supreme Court dismissed the appeal on the second count.
