SUMMARY OF FACTS
The appellant believed that the deceased had stolen some of his properties, the last being a sum of £13. He reported this incident to the Onogie who told him to go and demand the refund of the stolen property and if the demand was not met he should kill the deceased. When the demand was not met he killed the deceased.
HELD
The Court held that the appeal lacked merit and it is hereby dismissed. The conviction for murder and sentence of death at the trial court is hereby upheld.
