The plaintiff claimed ownership of the land by vIrtue of grant, the land was later demarcated by D.G. Dedeke into four portions and that the defendants were trespasses

Whether the Respondent proved possession and/or acts of ownership to the land in dispute sufficient to entitle her to judgment on her claims;
