SUMMARY OF FACTS

The Plaintiff (now Respondent) was an employee of the Defendant (now Appellant) bank and he was later dismissed over an alleged unauthorised overdraft of N2.6M. The Plaintiff brought an action against the Defendant claiming his salary, entitlement and damages. The trial Judge entered judgment in favour of the Plaintiff against the Defendant. Aggrieved with the decision, the Defendant has now appealed to this Court.
