We live in a new normal. That is very obvious now. Many things have changed and are yet to change.
The term “working from home” is something you have heard a long time ago. Now it is something you hear or read about almost every day.
No one would have ever imagined some years or even several months ago that it will pick up a new meaning and become the new reality starting this new decade, 2020. How quickly things have changed!
There are important things which need to be made available to make working from home convenient, effective and efficient for your organization.
Whether you are the employer or the employee, it will do you good to ensure you have a working system in place to ensure the continued survival of your business or job in these times.

– Can my business survive in this new and changing environment?
– How can my business not just survive but thrive in the midst of this global predicament?
– How can I help my society by keeping my workers gainfully employed?
– How can I contribute to fight against COVID-19?
To survive, you have to observe the times and tweak things to fit the circumstances you find yourself in.

In a recent article, https://legalstaging01.wpengine.com/the-new-normal-way-of-business-and-work/ I wrote about 3 meeting/conferencing tools or software that are tops on the lists; Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom.
For both the employer and the employee, it is never too late to begin setting up your remote working system. Some important working tools to consider should be:
Ask yourself the big question. Can your business weather the storm if you don’t change and adapt? How well are you prepared to face the challenges ahead? If you are still puzzled, don’t be. In my next post I will be sharing some features of great communication tools out there.
Remain safe.
