The plaintiff/appellant first applied to the Court of Appeal Benin division for the resolution of an election dispute in which another party was declared to have won the majority of votes cast on the platform of people’s Democratic Party. The appellants aggrieved have appealed to the Supreme Court applying for the trinity prayers for an order extending the time to seek for leave to appeal, leave to appeal and extension of time to file notice of appeal to settle their grievances.
