SUMMARY OF FACTS
The appellants / defendants were convicted on a charge of murder in the High Court. They appealed this judgment of the trial court in the Court of Appeal subsequently the judgment of the trial court was upheld. Aggrieved by the decision of the lower court the appellants / defendants instituted an appeal to the Supreme Court contesting the conviction and sentence on grounds of non-discharge of the burden of proof and the defense of alibi.?
