The appellant was alleged to have false pretended to be a waec official and so in a position to give some students waec question paper for which he demanded a fee. He was arrested in the school before he received any money and was without any waec question papers.
HELD
The court held that the failure by the prosecution to supply evidence showing that the representation made by the appellant that he was a WAEC official was false to his knowledge was fatal to their case.
