SUMMARY OF FACTS
The appellant, a never “do well” and an incorrigible dependant dealt repeated blows on the heads of his elder half-brother and his wife while both were asleep. Having satisfied himself that both were dead, he clumsily set the abode on fire and retired to a bathroom in the apartment to commit suicide, the Japanese way, by dis-embowelling himself with a pair of scissors.
