It was appellant’s case that Labulo adopted Akinpelu as his child but in order to differentiate Akinpelu from his issues with Akode, Labulo incised Gombo marks on Akinpelu’s cheeks. The 1st respondent was nominated to fill the vacancy (Battleship of Abolowojaiye) this was endorsed by the 3rd defendant. But the appellants’ were dissatisfied with the decision to install the 1st respondent. ?
