I am back again.
I guess you missed some of our health series?
Alright, so who else besides me had no fun this past week? Well if you didn’t have fun, did you at least try to take your garlic and lime every day? Or did you at least try to do the 10 minute walk?
My vibe tells me a lot of you DEFAULTED, but since I am not telepathic, I could be a long way from being right. If you know I falsely accused you, then here is your chance to demand a consultation with me on the 7th of September, 2015. Let’s see who will actually take me up on that offer. Don’t worry, my sidekick will hold me to my word.
I remember when I first started these health series, I thought my new gait, along with my swell head was the farthest I could reach with all the praises and acknowledgment from you, but after the NBA, I have been walking on air.
So before I get carried away with my stories, let me start by officially thanking everyone that stopped by at the Legalpedia Booth to appreciate me, to have a consultation session with me and a special “thank you” to those who got their “Meal Portion Bowls”. That is real commitment.
You know, I am not going to stop there. Are you are using it and measuring your intake of fruits and vegetables?
No, no, no, you cannot go silent on me now. It is not acceptable. I actually decided to give you a Saturday off, after someone told me “you scream at me with your mails”, but from all indications that was a bad idea. Get ready for more screams every Saturday.
On a serious note, I really did enjoy all the encouraging words at the NBA. It just gave me more energy and passion to stay committed to this cause. Ensuring that I provide the Nigerian Legal Industry with the best advice on developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Alright so on that note, I am going to let you off easy by giving you a tip of the iceberg. We are going to be talking about insomnia and you guessed right. It was one topic that came up while I was at the NBA. After that, we will dwell on the topic of weight loss and then arthritis and if I am feeling up to it. I will make an appearance for you, to get a few sessions with me at another conference.
I did promise to let you off easy today, but don’t forget, you need to take a 1 hour nap and be sure to have a glass of water every hour while at work.
