The accused, deceased, Agnes Samson Edebru went to the bush for palm fruits. After collecting the palm fruits, Agnes left the accused and the deceased for cassava and went home. When they had not returned she reported the matter… the accused was found injured, he confessed that he wanted to have sexual intercourse with the deceased but she refused so he killed her.
