The Plaintiffs/Respondents filed an action for a declaration that the Defendant/Appellant has no right to sell the family properties without the consent and approval of other principal members of the family; a declaration that the purported sale of the properties is illegal, null and void and of no effect whatsoever. The court found against the Defendants/Appellants. Dissatisfied, the Appellants appealed to the Court of Appeal. The appeal was dismissed. Hence this present appeal.
